We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable, making us feel welcomed throughout our entire stay. The hotel's location backing onto a nature reserve provided great walking tracks, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Our room was very nice and quiet, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom was spiffy and well-maintained. We loved sitting on one of the two terraces, soaking in the stunning sunset views. The grounds were pleasant to walk around in, and we enjoyed the delicious wine at the restaurant. The breakfast was also good, and the staff were kind and attentive to our needs.

Liked location, beautiful nature nearby great for a xmas walk. the staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the delicious dinner and the cozy room decorated with Christmas decorations.
Disliked the lack of air conditioning, the hot room, and the overpriced food. we were disappointed that we had paid for a suite but could not stay in one because of ongoing construction.

The kitchen closes early at 8pm, which may pose a problem who wish to eat something later in the evening.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by a beautiful nature reserve and just a short walk from the Strand. The staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a fantastic shower in the bathroom. I especially enjoyed sitting on the terrace and enjoying the delicious breakfast buffet. The hotel also had a great selection of amenities and services, including a restaurant, bar/lounge area, and even the option for in-room breakfast. my experience here was top-notch and I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

The newly renovated family room was spacious, clean, and had a fresh feel. The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay.- The hotel's location near a nature reserve allowed for great walking tracks and pleasant grounds to explore.- We enjoyed sitting on the two outdoor terraces with beautiful views of the sunset.
The hotel entrance appeared abandoned and unwelcoming. Some simple efforts, such as removing weeds and adding flowers, could greatly improve the first impression.
